840 Policies - Wholesale/Transfers

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS TO USE SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS.  AN IRON OR EASY PRESS WILL NOT WORK FOR THIS APPLICATION!  Times and temps stated for each item is a starting point and will vary from press to press. Please adjust your time and temp accordingly!  For information on proper time and temps please visit this page

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:  In the event of a defective print, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss.  Actual product colors MAY vary from mock up photo due to device display capabilities and monitor settings.  Every print is different and has different color variations, especially in the full color graphics and/or after heat pressing.  Please be aware of this before purchase as we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for our products.  We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly.  Please make sure you are using the correct material, color, and press settings prior to pressing your transfer.

PRICING:  All prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, be advised we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.  Please make certain your order is correct before submitting.
TURN AROUND TIMES: 
  • Transfers:  Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days, not including the day of order, for processing and shipping on all RTS transfers.
  • Wholesale Finished Tees:  Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days, not including the day of order, for processing and shipping.
SHIPPING/TRACKING: Our preferred carrier is USPS. Each order will receive a tracking number that will be sent to the email used to place the order - please check spam/junk folder if unable to locate. Be sure to add tessa@840designs.com  to your contacts to help direct these emails to your inbox. You can also log in to your account on the website to check the status of your order.  We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please choose priority shipping or Route if you'd like to have your package(s) insured.
SEZZLE:  Orders placed through Sezzle require a purchase minimum of $10.
TRADEMARK STATEMENT:  Due to the increase of trademark registration applications and infringement allegations, you are solely responsible for determining if phrases used in any design are trademarked or have any legal limitations for your intended usage.  You assume full responsibility and may publicly post at your own risk.
