CURRENT WEBSITE ORDER TURNAROUND TIME FOR FINISHED SHIRTS: 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping times are APPROXIMATE! If you have questions regarding the shipping of your order, please email orders@840designs.com.
Thank you for shopping with 840 Designs. Please remember that we are a small, Mom run business that assembles and presses each item in your order by hand. These items are made with love by a person and not a machine.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON UNLESS IT IS AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
Shipping prices are based on purchase weight and price. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. You have the option of selecting USPS or UPS for your shipping method. We do offer First Class shipping through USPS but we advise you select this option at your own risk. Recent delays have been seen most with this shipping method.
We do everything in our power to ship within our stated turn around times. Current turnaround times will be posted and updated at the top of this page. Days are counted in business days and begin the first business day after you place your order. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and USPS Holidays). If the turnaround time for your order has passed and you have not received shipping information, please contact us at orders@840designs.com. If you contact us regarding the shipment of your order and we are still with the current estimated processing time for order turnaround, your message may not be returned until your order has shipped or if we exceed our fulfillment time. We are not ignoring you, it takes time away from order processing to answer status questions prior to the estimated completion time is all.
Orders will ship to address provided at checkout. We will only ship to verified addresses so please be sure that your address is correct when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer responsible.
If you do not read the policies and turn-around times stated in each items description then we are not to be held at fault and NO refunds will be made.
Local pick up/delivery is available for the area surrounding St. John Kansas ONLY. If you choose local pickup you are responsible for contacting 840 Designs to set up a time for pick up. If you are not local you will be required to pay shipping before you will receive your item. If shipping fees are not paid within 2 days you will receive half of your total order cost refunded.
Forced returns are prohibited. A forced returned will not result in a refund. The buyer must pay for shipment back to them after 840 Designs receives the item back at the facility. After 30 days of non shipment payment buyer forfeits their right to the package with no item and no refund.
