Actual product colors may vary from the mock up photo due to device display and monitor settings. Please be aware of this because we do not accept return or exchanges for our products. We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly. Please make sure you have the correct material and press settings before you being pressing your transfers.
Turn Around Times: Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for RTS transfers. Pre-Orders are ordered on Friday's and have a TAT of 7-10 BUSINESS days. A Business Day does not include the order day nor does it include holidays or weekends.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellation or refunds. Please make certain your order is correct prior to submitting. In the event an order is incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to correct the order.
Shipping/Tracking: Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. Each order receives a tracking number that will be sent to the email used to place the order. Please check your spam/junk mail for this email prior to contacting us regarding a tracking number. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts to help direct these emails to your inbox. You can also check the status of your order and find your tracking number by logging into your account on the website. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages and encourage you to purchase Route Insurance at checked out to protect yourself in the event of a shipping mishap. We strongly encourage Priority Shipping as well.
Sezzle: Orders placed through Sezzle require a minimum of $20.
